Após as partidas pelos Estaduais, Abel Ferreira e Vítor Pereira têm as atividades de quinta e sexta-feira para os ajustes finais com as suas equipes. Os portugueses não devem inovar nas formações para a Supercopa do Brasil, mas ainda há dúvidas. As delegações viajam para Brasília nesta sexta.

O que é e a história SUPERCOPA DO BRASIL
A Supercopa foi disputada em três ocasiões até agora, primeiramente em 1990. Todavia, o campeão Brasileiro de 1989, no caso o Vasco da Gama disputou contra o Grêmio, campeão da Copa do Brasil do mesmo ano. Vitória do Grêmio por 2×0. No ano seguinte, disputa entre Corinthians e Flamengo. O time paulista ganhou pelo placar mínimo. Assim sendo, Corinthians e Grêmio são os dois clubes que têm títulos da competição.
Entretanto, a última disputa foi muito mais recentemente, mais precisamente em 2021, quando Flamengo, o Campeão Brasileiro de 2019, e Atlético-PR, o Campeão da COpa do Brasil do mesmo ano, disputaram a partida em Brasília, no Estádio Mané Garrincha. O Flamengo sagrou-se campeão da disputa.
Em 2021, a disputa será entre Palmeiras e Flamengo. O Palmeiras é o atual Campeão da Copa do Brasil e o Flamengo levou o Campeonato Brasileiro. A disputa de 2021 também acontecerá em Brasília, no Estádio Mané Garrincha.
