Com isso, o Tigre tem a vantagem caso aconteça um empate novamente porque teve a melhor campanha na primeira fase do estadual (líder).
Em entrevista a CBN Floripa na última segunda-feira, Daison Rodrigues, presidente do Atlético Catarinense, comentou sobre a trajetória do CAC na competição.
— O planejamento para esse ano era ficar entre os quatros primeiros e quando percebemos estávamos na semifinal. É muito importante fazer essa final por causa da marca que estamos construindo, São José nunca teve um clube e para nós é uma surpresa que conseguimos o acesso. A gente vai para Criciúma para tentar o título por que a obrigação é deles, não mais do Atlético — afirma.
