A Ucrânia lidera a chave, com sete pontos em três jogos, e os escoceses estão com seis pontos. A Irlanda tem quatro, e a Armênia está com três, ambos com quatro partidas a fazer. O primeiro colocado do grupo vai disputar a Liga A na próxima edição, e o lanterna é rebaixado à Liga C.
Na quinta-feira, a disputa volta nos grupos da primeira divisão do torneio, com algumas gigantes em situação complicada. As duas últimas rodadas da fase de grupos serão disputadas até a próxima terça-feira.
Os primeiros colocados de cada chave avançam para as semifinais, que serão disputadas em junho de 2023. A fase final será em sede única, em um dos quatro países qualificados. As posições finais de cada seleção também influenciam no ranking que vai definir a divisão dos potes para o sorteio dos grupos das eliminatórias da Eurocopa de 2024.
