A tabela do Campeonato Gaúcho 2023 já foi definida pela Federação Gaúcha de Futebol (FGF). O Congresso Técnico foi realizado na sede da entidade e contou com representantes dos 12 clubes no fim de novembro. A primeira rodada está marcada para o dia 22 de janeiro.
